Shelby Peterson, ASW 125678
I’m Shelby—a wife, mom, and native Californian—currently pursuing my social work licensure. Outside of my work, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family. I am deeply passionate about supporting adults, children, and women navigating postpartum transitions, as well as helping individuals and couples cultivate deeper, more meaningful connections in their relationships.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from USC, where I developed a strong foundation in compassionate, evidence-based care. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that each person carries a unique and complex story shaped by relationships, environment, and the ways they learned to survive and adapt.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship or life transitions, or healing from childhood trauma, I tailor each session to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we gently explore the patterns, pain, and protective strategies that may be holding you back, creating space for greater understanding, healing, and forward movement.
