Project Salt
Healing. Restoration. Transformation.
Our mission
Project SALT promotes healing, restoration, and transformation by increasing access to mental health services, psychoeducation, and spiritual support.
The organization provides trauma-informed care, leadership development, and therapeutic resources to underserved individuals and communities - both locally and globally.
Through training programs, workshops, partnerships, and outreach, Project SALT aims to reduce stigma, build resilience, and create a more emotionally and spiritually healthy world.
Expanding access. Restoring Humanity.
When people don’t have access to the support they need, they begin to lose connection—
to themselves, to others, and to their own sense of worth.
Left unaddressed, that disconnection can deepen into something profoundly dehumanizing.
At Project SALT, we are here to change that—creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and restored.
Current project
Discounted counseling through our associates and trainees, with sessions ranging from $30–$55. This allows us to extend meaningful, high-quality support to those who might otherwise go without care.
This program is designed for individuals navigating:
Financial hardship or limited income
Grief or significant loss
Trauma or recovery from difficult life experiences
The demands of being a single parent or caregiver
Immigration, displacement, or major life transitions
Short-term crises or destabilizing life events
Investment
$55 - Sponsor one therapy session
$550 - Sponsor a full 10-session care experience
Every contribution helps someone access therapy, support, and care they wouldn’t otherwise receive.
This is how access begins. This is how healing starts.
