Project Salt
Giving back.
Project SALT was created as the nonprofit extension of SALT Counseling, carrying forward the same heart and mission—while expanding access to those who might not otherwise receive care.
Project SALT promotes healing, restoration, and transformation by increasing access to mental health services, psychoeducation, and spiritual support.
The organization provides trauma-informed care, leadership development, and therapeutic resources to underserved individuals and communities - both locally and globally.
Through training programs, workshops, partnerships, and outreach, Project SALT aims to reduce stigma, build resilience, and create a more emotionally and spiritually healthy world.
Expanding access. Restoring Humanity.
When we don’t have access to the support we need, we begin to lose connection—
with ourselves, to others, and to our own sense of worth.
Left unaddressed, that disconnection can deepen into something profoundly dehumanizing.
At Project SALT, we are here to change that—creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and restored.
