Robin Eby, ASW
I’m Robin Eby. I have been married for 30 years and am a mother of five (mostly) grown children. Outside of my work, I enjoy cooking, running, reading, gardening, spending time with my family outdoors, and traveling. A core tenet of my life is that the pursuit of beauty and authenticity is what keeps us balanced as we encounter brokenness in our world.
I believe that each person is the expert of their own experience and that healing and growth can happen when people are seen in the fullness of their relationships, histories, and environments.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin where I began my clinical work, grounded in the belief that mental health is one important part of a much larger picture. Depending on each client’s needs and goals, I draw from evidence-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My work comes from a whole-person perspective, informed by attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology, recognizing that we are relational beings who regulate ourselves within the environments we inhabit.
My approach is both relational and practical. I work with clients who are navigating trauma, substance use, parenting challenges, and major life transitions, as well as athletes, first responders, and caregivers. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel seen, understood, and equipped with tools that foster resilience, insight, and meaningful change.
